Information for Alumni and Former Students: How to Request Official Transcripts
Former students and graduates from Travis Early College High School who are requesting an official transcript will be available by written request from the Registrar. If no online transcript ordering system is available on the Travis High School website, then requestors will utilize the Travis High School Transcript Request Form.
Information for Currently Enrolled Grade 12 Seniors or those wishing to graduate early: How to Request Transcripts for sending to Colleges and Universities
When applying to colleges and universities, students at Travis will utilize Naviance in their AISD student portal to indicate which colleges and universities students are applying to. Through Naviance, they will request initial transcripts (6-semester end-of-junior-year transcript) to be sent to colleges and universities when they first submit their college applications. Initial transcripts are typically available starting in September of the current academic year.
Select schools will require a mid-year transcript (7-semester end of first semester of senior year transcript) to be sent to the college. Students will submit mid-year transcript requests through Naviance. Mid-year transcripts are typically available starting mid-February of the current academic year.
Once the student has selected the college or university that they will attend, they will submit a final transcript request through Naviance or by other means at the end of their senior year during senior check-out. Final transcripts are typically available near the end of June after graduation.
Note: Students who have taken any Dual Enrollment courses through the Travis ECHS, P-Tech, E-Tech programs will need to request that their final High School Transcript be sent to both Austin Community College, in addition to the college or university they will be attending after completion of high school. These students will also need to request that their final ACC transcripts be sent to their next institution of higher education. It is recommended that students who are currently enrolled in Dual Enrollment courses at the end of their senior year request their final transcript and indicate to ACC to wait until final grades are posted before sending.
Information for Currently Enrolled Students, Grades 9-11: How to Request Official Transcripts
Currently enrolled students in grades 9-11 may need an official transcript to be sent to an organization before being awarded a scholarship, joining an organization within the US Armed Forces, or for any other purpose. In this case, Transcripts are available upon written request from the registrar. Email Claudia.Vallejo@austinisd.org and Susana.Rodriguez@austinisd.org to request your transcript. Include your full name and date of birth. You may visit Office 009 to see the registrar.
